Fred Pape started ECAP in 1999 after a 20 year career with a major insurance carrier, holding various positions from Premium Auditor to ultimately working for the Home Office as Director of Premium Audit.
This background provided the foundation for starting his own Premium Audit firm. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. He holds the APA designation.
Chris has been with ECAP for over 23 years. He is a graduate of UNCW with a BA in Communication Studies. As VP of IT, he ensures ECAP is kept up to date with the latest software and technology available. He manages the virtual/hybrid, mail, and phone audit department and is the contact for all things Nexus.
